Qualitative research plays a pivotal role to get an in-depth understanding on any subject from a consumer point-of-view and to derive greater clarity on their perception in their own words. The m ain objective of adopting qualitative research approach is to help market research firms and end-clients to simplify their marketing communication strategies, creating ideas for product enhancement, trace customer expectations about a product or service, and to know (customer) opinion on suitability of a product .

Since its inception, MRFieldwork has operationalized and executed a large number of qualitative research studies, including end-to-end, for MR agencies and end-clients.
